The role
As a District Manager, you will be the driving force behind multiple venues. You ensure that every location performs at its best — from delivering strong commercial results to creating exceptional customer experiences. You will drive revenue, efficiency, and occupancy while maintaining team spirit and operational excellence.
Working closely with Centre Managers, you will analyze performance, monitor KPIs, and inspire teams to consistently deliver their best. At the same time, you will ensure that every location remains operationally strong and well-maintained, from infrastructure and facilities to day-to-day operations.
What will you do?
- Strategic execution: translate company objectives into concrete actions within the region while ensuring a consistent Garrincha experience across all locations.
- Operational management: oversee the day-to-day operations of the clubs and ensure high standards in service, hospitality, hygiene, safety, and compliance with internal standards.
- P&L responsibility: take ownership of revenue, costs, KPIs, and regional profitability, while proactively implementing actions to improve results.
- People management & coaching: guide, support, and coach center managers in leadership, team management, and operational performance.
- Recruitment & team development: actively contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and development of center managers and key profiles within the region.
- Innovation & optimization: identify opportunities, share best practices, and continuously improve processes, efficiency, and the overall guest experience.

Reporting & collaboration: work closely with HQ and other departments while ensuring clear follow-up, communication, and reporting across the region.

- You have proven experience managing multiple teams or locations and know how to motivate, coach, and develop people.
- You are comfortable working with KPIs, budgets, and P&L responsibility in a results-driven environment.
- You easily maintain oversight, prioritize effectively, and switch smoothly between strategy and daily operations.
- You think entrepreneurially, take ownership naturally, and always keep the bigger picture and Cantona Group’s interests in mind.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. French is a strong plus.
