Responsibilities
- Coordinate repairs & maintenance in the centres
- Coach & support centre and bar managers
- Prepare evaluations and follow up on team goals
- Perform quality controls: hygiene, hospitality, mystery visits
- Ensure correct execution of internal processes in practice
- Collect KPI input & propose optimisations
- Follow up on schedules with managers
- Control inventory (spot checks, deliveries).
- Oversee order, cleanliness, and atmosphere
Must Have
- At least 1 year of experience in an operational leadership role
- Mobile and flexible: often on the road, sometimes evenings or weekends
- Fluent in Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
- A love coaching, improving, and giving ownership
- Drivers license
