Coaching, improving, and giving ownership
Coach & support centre and bar managers
Oversee order, cleanliness, and atmosphere
Coordinate repairs & maintenance in the centres
Collect KPI input & propose optimisations

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate repairs & maintenance in the centres
  • Coach & support centre and bar managers
  • Prepare evaluations and follow up on team goals
  • Perform quality controls: hygiene, hospitality, mystery visits
  • Ensure correct execution of internal processes in practice
  • Collect KPI input & propose optimisations
  • Follow up on schedules with managers
  • Control inventory (spot checks, deliveries).
  • Oversee order, cleanliness, and atmosphere

Must Have

  • At least 1 year of experience in an operational leadership role
  • Mobile and flexible: often on the road, sometimes evenings or weekends
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
  • A love coaching, improving, and giving ownership
  • Drivers license
