Your Role:
As the Bar Manager, you’ll be the heart of our sports bar, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our guests enjoy their time on and off the court.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the bar and maintain a fun, welcoming atmosphere 🏅
- Ensure the center stays clean and organized, conducting regular checks 🧼
- You’ll greet and assist clients with a smile, serving drinks and ensuring they have a fantastic experience both at the bar and on the courts. 😊
- Manage bookings, customer inquiries, and promote our exciting events 📅
- Lead a team of students and flex workers, ensuring everyone is motivated and tasks are completed 🎯
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure the cash register balances at the end of each shift 💵
- You’ll support the Centrum Manager in organizing and coordinating events, making every Garrincha experience unforgettable for our guests. 🎉
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with leadership skills who thrives in a busy environment 🎯
- Experience in hospitality, preferably managing a bar or similar environment 🍻
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail 📝
- Strong communication skills – Dutch and French are a big plus! 💬
- Flexibility with working hours, as our peak times are evenings and weekends 🕒
