GARRINCHA is Belgium's premier destination for urban sports enthusiasts, offering state-of-the-art 5vs5 football fields, padel courts, and other exciting activities for rentals, leagues, tournaments, corporate events, and birthday parties. Currently, we operate six dynamic centers in cities like Antwerp, Ghent, Charleroi, Kortrijk, and Diegem. As we grow, our mission is to become Belgium’s best-managed sports facility operator, providing unforgettable adventures.
YOUR ROLE?
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first friendly face or voice our customers encounter. You’ll address inquiries with warmth and empathy, offer helpful advice, and prepare compelling event quotes. Your passion for customer satisfaction and sports will make you indispensable to our team.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Respond to customer inquiries across channels (phone, email, chat, social media) with expert knowledge of our products and services.
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with centre managers, marketing manager, administration, and operations manager to ensure seamless support and resolve customer issues.
- Improve Customer Experience: Gather and analyse customer feedback to enhance our services and develop helpful FAQs, guides, and other resources.
- Prepare Competitive Quotes: Draft accurate, enticing quotes for b2b events, padel tournaments, football leagues, and other sports events.
- Monitor Satisfaction: Track event satisfaction and recommend service improvements to meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate Events: Work with the events team and club managers to organise tournaments, leagues, and corporate events.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Follow sports industry best practices to refine and upgrade our offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and Engagement: Strong communicator, able to engage with sports enthusiasts and business clients alike.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English and knowledge of French
- Tech Skills: Familiar with relevant software (google, office)
- Organised and Adaptable: Efficient multitasker who can prioritise effectively.
- Solution-Oriented: A proactive problem solver who’s customer-focused.
- Team Spirit: Collaborative leader who motivates and fosters a positive work environment.
- Sports enthusiast: You have a strong interest in sports (Padel and other urban sports)
- Driving License B is preferred, and hospitality experience is a plus.
- You are consistant and aim for maximum impact.
