The role: from strategy to results on the floor
As Operations Manager South, you are responsible for the performance of our centres in Brussels and Wallonia.
This is not a traditional remote management role.
- You are visibly present on the floor
- You translate strategy into concrete results
- You ensure each centre performs and delivers the right experience
You oversee multiple locations and act as the key link between HQ and on-site teams.
What will you do?
Operations & performance management
- Full responsibility for the operations and results of multiple centres
- Drive revenue, occupancy rates, costs, and productivity
- Implement and monitor processes and standards
- Follow up weekly on KPIs together with Centre Managers
- Report on performance, figures, and improvement actions
- Coordinate maintenance, infrastructure, and suppliers
Team management
- Lead and coach Centre Managers, Bar Managers, and teams
- Recruit, schedule, and train staff (flexi workers, students, permanent staff)
- Motivate teams to achieve targets and deliver quality
- Build a strong, energetic, and results-driven culture
- Act quickly on operational or customer-related issues
Commercial & growth
- Responsible for the commercial performance of each location
- Actively increase occupancy and revenue (sports + bar)
- Collaborate with marketing/experience on campaigns and activations
- Identify opportunities and turn them into concrete actions
- Contribute to pricing strategy, offering, and local initiatives
Customer experience
- Ensure a consistent and strong experience across all locations
- Actively manage customer satisfaction (NPS/feedback)
- Ensure fast and high-quality follow-up of questions and complaints
- Continuously improve the customer journey
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a results-driven operator with strong ownership.
Someone who:
- Gets energy from leading teams and achieving results
- Enjoys working on the ground, not behind a desk
- Brings structure to chaos and sees opportunities in every problem
- Thinks commercially and seizes opportunities
- Is strong in communication and people management
Additionally:
- Experience in operations, hospitality, retail, or leisure is a strong plus
- Able to manage multiple locations simultaneously and maintain overview
- Flexible (including weekends)
- Driving licence B is required
- Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
